Based in Singapore, Ingwer Consulting is the merger between two consulting firms aimed to provide an extensive range of business solutions. Today, Ingwer Consulting is a consulting group composed of three core entities: Ingwer Consulting, Ingwer Corporate Services & Ingwer Capital. We aim to deliver consistent quality and excellence through combining industry knowledge with our distinctive new-age approach.

Established in 2015, Ingwer Consulting (ICT) is the group’s main business advisory body. The company target all our international clients entering Singapore, in business and/or settling in. Our corporate consultancy encompasses advisory on Oversea Direct Investments (ODI), Mergers and Acquisitions, Financial Analysis and Tax Planning.
Ingwer Corporate Services
Founded alongside our corporate consulting division, Ingwer Corporate Services (ICS) is the group’s corporate services team providing accounting, human resource, administrative support, financial & tax reporting services. Offering a comprehensive suite of corporate services, our professionals are dedicated to helping our clients grow and prosper. Trust is an asset and our differentiator. Focusing on quality support and mutual respect, we aim to build trust and long-lasting relationships with our clients, and the same for them and theirs.
Ingwer Capital
Ingwer Capital (ICP) represent a few prominent venture funds in Asia with the mandate of investment into Tech and M&A. This is an initiative under the Ingwer Consulting that creates a multiplier effect by combining the transformational effectiveness of MNC experience and effectiveness, technology innovation, and high-growth start-ups with the financial muscles of prominent venture funds. With a vibrant technology start-up ecosystem taking shape in Singapore, combined with increased support from our government, ICP is seeing encouraging results from its investments portfolio and clienteles.
